Flexible Applications <br>New to the next generation S Series amplifiers is the new selectable remote enable circuit, a three-position switch that ensures the amplifier turns on and off at the appropriate times. This design is critical for newer in-vehicle technology and allows for proper integration with any factory or aftermarket system.


EASY CONTROL ACCESS <br>This amplifier intentionally has the sound controls on the side panel rather than the top panel, making it easier to access gain and crossover controls when mounted under a vehicle seat or in a shallow depth location. Removable end caps were added to cover the side controls and connections, providing a clean, smooth surface for the amplifier.

    1. Generally, we do not accept any requests for product exchanges or order cancellations.



    2. When receiving the goods (including delivery or self-collection), you must immediately check whether the ordered goods are damaged and complete. If the ordered products are found to be damaged, you can contact us to arrange for a replacement.



    3. If we agree that you have the right to exchange the product, but the product you requested to exchange is sold out, we will refund the relevant amount to you.



    4. Please show us the original purchase receipt or relevant electronic receipt before accepting the product exchange.



    5. We reserve the right to refuse to exchange goods that have been signed for due to appearance problems or incomplete accessories.



    6. If you find that the product size does not meet your needs:


    6.1 Before the product is delivered, we may, at our discretion, change the product model or brand for the customer;


    6.2 Within 7 working days after the product is delivered (and the package has not been opened), we may, at our discretion, replace the product with another model or brand, provided that the customer pays a surcharge of 10% of the original price of the product and the difference in price (if any) between the original product and the replacement product;


    6.3 If the product packaging has been opened after delivery, no product exchange will be arranged.


    7. The replaced product must be returned together with the complete packaging, accessories, instruction manual and any uncompleted warranty certificate.


    8. The replaced product must not be damaged, broken or exposed to water.


    9. Products that have been registered online for warranty or repaired cannot be replaced.


    10. The product must be returned together with any free gifts and purchase credits, otherwise we will deduct the value of the free gifts from the refund.


    11. Under special circumstances, after consultation with our Customer Service Department and with our consent, we will refund the amount involved in online shopping to the relevant payment account you used for payment or other methods agreed by you. The refund takes about 7-14 working days.


    12. The shipping costs for replacement products shall be borne by the buyer.


    13. The above terms only apply to online shopping on the Audio Pro official website.




    About Refund Policy



    1. When you or the designated recipient receives the ordered goods, you are responsible for checking whether the goods are defective and/or damaged and whether the accessories are complete.



    2. If you find that the product quality does not meet the production standards within 7 days after the product is delivered, we guarantee to replace the product with the same model. When the product is within the manufacturer's warranty period, you can also enjoy the warranty provided by the agent and return the product to the manufacturer/agent for repair.



    3. Products to be replaced or refunded must be tested by the agent to confirm that the product quality does not meet production standards. We have the right to require customers to go to the designated agent's repair center to test the product.



    4. If you are still dissatisfied with the product after replacement in accordance with Policy 2 above, you may return the product and apply the amount paid to us towards the purchase of a replacement product.



    5. Under special circumstances, after consultation with our Customer Service Department and with our consent, we will refund the amount involved in accordance with Article 11 of the above-mentioned "Online Exchange and Refund Terms".



    6. This policy only applies to designated products and does not apply to customized products, gift card products and non-refundable products.



    7. This policy does not apply to:




    Products that have been registered for warranty on the product supplier or agent’s website.


    Products that have been repaired.


    Products without Audio Pro purchase voucher.


    I have the Audio Pro purchase receipt but the product is missing.


    Any product exchange or refund requested based on personal preference.





    8. If the product is non-refundable, we will not accept the customer's refund request.



    9. In case of any disputes, Audio Pro reserves the right to make the final decision.




    Note: Customers who purchase our products online are deemed to have accepted the above terms. The final right of interpretation of these terms belongs to Audio Pro.




    Free Shipping Terms


    ※Audio Pro will not be responsible for any damage during transportation.


    ※ To change the delivery address or time, add items, or modify the original sales order, customers must notify us at least 48 hours before delivery (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
