When purchasing online, customers can choose delivery service or pick up the goods in person at the store.
Any order may be delayed due to the following factors, and all delayed orders will be notified to customers in advance.

Shipping Process

Hongkong
Once the order is completed and the payment is confirmed, the general delivery time will be within 2-5 working days (excluding weekends and holidays). After the shipment, the customer will be notified by email with the mailing number and delivered to the designated location within 1-5 working days. If the customer chooses to pick up the goods in person at the store, the goods will generally be ready within 1-5 working days (excluding weekends and holidays), and the customer will go to the store to pick up the goods after receiving the pick-up notification.

Once the order is completed and the payment is confirmed, the general delivery time will be within 2-5 working days (excluding weekends and holidays). After delivery, the customer will be notified of the shipping number via the email registered by the customer, and it will be delivered to the designated location within about 2-4 working days.

Once the order is completed and the payment is confirmed, the general delivery time will be within 2-5 working days (excluding weekends and holidays). After delivery, the customer will be notified of the shipping number via email registered by the customer. It will be delivered to the designated location within about 3-14 working days. The actual time will vary depending on the shipping destination.

Overseas Regions
It takes about 7-14 working days from shipment to customer's receipt to reach the designated location. The actual time will vary depending on the destination. After shipment, the customer will be notified of the shipping number via email registered by the customer.
※If the product ordered is a pre-order product, the preparation time will depend on the delivery period and will not be applicable to the above delivery time. We will arrange for shipment or store pickup as soon as possible after the product arrives.
※Due to the impact of the epidemic, delivery services in some areas may be delayed or even suspended. This depends on factors such as the flight status of the transportation company, customs clearance progress and aviation security inspection. This is beyond the control of the company.

Delivery method and shipping cost

Store Pickup
There is no shipping fee for in-store pickup. Customers can go to the store to pick up the goods after receiving the pickup notification. Please show the pickup notification email when picking up the goods at the store. The store staff will check the order information with the customer and sign for confirmation.
※If customers visit the store before receiving the arrival notification, they will not be able to pick up the goods.
※Please pick up the goods within 30 days after receiving the notification, otherwise additional storage fees will be charged.

SF Express (Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China)
Free delivery service is available in Hong Kong and Macau for orders with a discounted amount of HK$1,000 or above.
If the amount is less than HK$1,000, a shipping fee of HK$200 will be charged at checkout;
Shipping fee to Macau is HK$500 upon checkout.
For shipments to mainland China, the shipping fee will be paid on delivery.
In addition to commercial and residential addresses, SF Express also has multiple pick-up points, including SF Stations, SF Service Centers, SF Smart Lockers, OK Convenience Stores and 7-11 Convenience Stores. Customers can choose the appropriate pick-up point according to their needs. When the goods are delivered to the pick-up point, there will be a text message notification. Please follow the instructions to pick up the goods at the pick-up point.
For shipments to Mainland China: For products valued at HKD$1,000 or more, customers must provide proof of identity (front and back) and company name and address; for products valued at HKD$1,000 or less, customers only need to provide proof of identity (front and back).
※Products shipped to mainland China may incur taxes (if any) which customers are required to pay.

※Some pick-up points have inventory restrictions. If the size of the package exceeds the upper limit, it will be transferred to the nearest SF Express Service Center or SF Express Station and re-delivered according to your request.
※If the customer chooses to pick up the package at an SF sales point, SF station or SF smart locker, but fails to complete the collection at the designated time, he/she will be required to pay the "SF Butler" service fee.
※Customers must pick up their parcels at the pick-up point within the time limit specified in the pickup SMS. Expired parcels will be collected by SF Express. Customers please call the customer service hotline to reschedule the pickup.
